Subscription terms
Around the Horn is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Contact support@getathx.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer the simulation engines, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
AthX owns the platform, UI, and original simulation code. MLB team names and marks used in MLB Style mode remain property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. AthX is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the simulation platform.
